Tasting Notes

Very firm reduction. Otherwise, there is excellent richness to the full-bodied and concentrated flavors that flash a bit more minerality on the better balanced, dry and youthfully austere finale. While this should drink well young, I would be inclined to give it at least a few years of aging first.
