Tasting Notes

A sensationally broad and expressive nose with a fantastic array of floral, spice and dark fruit aromas that precede the moderately concentrated, sweet, detailed and refined middle weight flavors that are pure silk in the mouth and culminate in a supple, classy and incredibly long finish. This is not the most concentrated or powerful wine here as it's built on finesse and refinement, not punch yet the sense of harmony and poise is nothing short of remarkable. Like the 2006 version, this receives its marks on sheer class and breed. In short, this is an undeniable stunner.
