Tasting Notes

The 2020 Sufreiral feels extremely harmonious. It's a single-vineyard wine from one 500-liter barrel and one 600-liter barrel, fermented with less stems (20%) and a slightly shorter maceration, looking for more elegance and balance and to compensate for the warmer year. He used all of the white grapes from the field blend found in the vineyard, and the wine kept the moderate alcohol, the freshness and acidity and has a little more concentration of chalky tannins that give it a nice texture. 1,100 bottles produced. It was bottled in November 2021. Drink 2023-2030.
