From a 3.5ha plot. No stainless steel his used for this cuvée, just concrete tanks and foudres. A fine pale primrose colour. Just a little more precision on the nose, a little more depth of fruit, less of the buttery aspect while still having a lightly salty quality running through the middle. Some elegance here and fair length.
