The 2019 Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Aux Chaumes exhibits aromas of red berries, rose petals and warm spices, followed by a medium to full-bodied, supple and seamless palate with fine concentration, lively acids and a long, saline finish. This is a terrific debut bottling for this new cuvée from Cathiard. It was bottled under Diam 5, like all the domaine's regional offerings.
