Tasting note: A broad-ranging and highly complex nose offers up aromas of red currant, plum, earth and game hints. There is excellent power, punch and delineation to the more mineral-inflected medium weight plus flavors that exhibit excellent persistence on the beautifully well-balanced finish. This is a combination of muscle and grace as the power is delivered without weight. Worth checking out.
