This wine is juicy and forward, with lots of primary red fruit sat on a firm yet integrated tannic structure. The acidity is marked which keeps the jammy fruit in check and there is a surprising level of complexity to be found on quite a long finish. Impressive.
Tank sample. Soft ruby. Beautifully scented with herby red fruits. Powerful, dry and just a touch meaty on the palate. More assertive tannins than I expected from the nose. Savoury, long finish. 2023-2028
