**Note: from an enormous 7.1 ha monopole planted in the early 1950s**
Not surprisingly, the aromatic profile is quite similar to that of the Cuvée Hors Ligne. There is good size, weight and muscle to the solidly dense middle weight plus flavors that culminate in a markedly serious, mouthcoating and sneaky long if mildly edgy finish. This too is very clearly built to age but it's not overly austere; with that said, this is clearly going to require extended patience and in particular to round out the finish.
