Tasting Notes

Two barrels made, from entirely destemmed fruit. Dense black centre with purple rim, ultra intense on the nose but less immediately plump than Ben’s Bonnes Mares. Stricter but still superb, the thread of structure through the middle is excellent. Very detailed finish.
