A more fine-boned wine than the 2018, this has a fragrant nose of lemon blossom, crystalised ginger and candied citrus peel. The palate is bright, with a delicate sweetness that means you could just as easily have this at the beginning of a meal as at the end. Clean waves of lemon balm, fennel seed and more candied citrus peel come through, finishing with a lightly spicy finish. Moreish and immediately drinkable, with a finesse to drink well over the coming decade.
