Tasting Notes

The 2018 Viognier Le Pied de Samson comes from old vines near the estate and is a beautiful, classic Viognier that's perfect for those looking for some Condrieu character while not breaking the bank. Giving up lots of white flowers, tangerines, and lemon curd notes, it's medium-bodied, has a textbook Viognier floral edge, outstanding balance, and is a hidden gem from this great estate.
