Here the nose is similar to the Bressandes though with more earth and spice elements. The notably rich, concentrated and overtly powerful broad-shouldered flavors possess a velvety texture and a markedly firm tannic spine, all wrapped in a hugely long finish. This is also definitely built-to-age but there is so much sap that it could actually be approached after only 8 to 10 years if desired. In sum, this is seriously good.
