A relatively high-toned nose that is pretty but entirely serious offers up notes of red cherry and raspberry, warm earth and a smoked game note that merges seamlessly into detailed, powerful and palate staining medium weight plus flavors that possess impressive density, intensity and length while being supported by notably firm and ripe tannins. This is really very impressive though patience required.
