Tasting Notes

A fabulous Caillerets, with a complex bouquet of red and black cherry, peony, chalky soil and cocoa. This is followed by an expansive, silky palate with beautifully fine-grained, elegant tannins, marrying formidable concentration and depth with energy and poise. A fruit and mineral-laden finish.
