Tasting Notes

This too is very firmly reduced and offers almost nothing discernible on the nose save for hints of wood and citrus. Like the Poruzots, there is fine volume and once again very good concentration to the broad-shouldered and imposingly-scaled flavors that possess a highly attractive mouth feel that continues onto the delicious, sappy and citrusy and overtly mineral-inflected finale. This compact and very serious effort is clearly going to require extended cellaring to reveal its full, and considerable, potential.
