Puligny Montrachet Perrières, Jacques Carillon 2016

Tasting Notes

**Note: 45+ year old vines**
Firm reduction renders the nose impossible to assess at present. On the plus side the palate impression is close to a hypothetical blend of the Champs Canet and Perrières as there is good minerality but also fine precision, concentration and focused power while delivering very fine length on the linear and lengthy finish where a hint of bitter lemon appears.
