Here the nose is also notably ripe though the attractively complex aromas of white and yellow orchard fruit, honeysuckle and hazelnut avoid any sense of the exotic. There is excellent richness to the generously proportioned, round, delicious and concentrated broad-shouldered flavors that offer excellent depth and length on the mouth coating finish thanks to the copious amount of dry extract. This doesn't offer the same level of finesse as the Bouchères but it's clearly bigger and richer.
