Rivesaltes, Domaine Le Vieux Chêne 1985

Light amber, almost rose colour, sweet rose hip nose, aromatic and finely poised, very much a white grape syle, lovely lift and perfectly balanced.

This Vin Doux Naturel was made from 100% white grapes - about 50% Maccabeo with Greanche Gris, Grenache Blanc and Malvoisie. A hint of Madeira on the nose. Rose hip sweetness, this is a golden wine with Bual-like complexity. 16.5 degrees.
