Palish medium red. Scented nose combines redcurrant, spices and leather, all lifted by a mineral pungency. Sweet, spicy and on the light side, with good spicy, floral lift. Not especially dense or fleshy today but finishes with good aromatic persistence.
Very pale with a hint of ruby. A hint of animal on the nose. Light fruit and then sweet but not quite enough in the middle to be convincing. Fresh certainly and then very chewy. Pretty teenage at present. A hint of stewed fruit worries me.
