Mild reduction makes it difficult to say much beyond that the underlying fruit appears ripe. The rich and exceptionally stylish flavors combine finesse with superb authority as there is a real palate impact that is emphasized by the striking intensity. There is a wonderful sense of tension to the mouth coating finish that is shaped by dense but ultra-fine tannins. In a word, magnificent.
