An aromatically striking nose with a cool, pure and spicy mélange of blue and black fruit, soy, hoisin, rose petal and earth notes continues onto the slightly more complex broad-shouldered flavors that possess ample mid-palate concentration and terrific length on the more obviously structured finish where the quality of the tannins is notably different. This is brilliant.
