The 2025 Twiswind is a white field blend from a parcel in Paardeberg exposed to the wind on granite soil. It is a little richer than the other OVS cuvées, with yellow plum, mirabelle and orange pith that blossom with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tension on the entry, waxy in texture with a gentle grip, quite peppery towards a very persistent finish. Divine.
