Bottled in May, the 2021 Bourgogne Aligoté excludes the oldest vines this year which will constitute a separate cuvée to honor the late Becky Wasserman, and has a very pithy, phenolic bouquet with peach skin and baked bread aromas. The palate is well balanced with a waxy texture, lots of extract and almost vin Naturel-like towards the finish. Intriguing. (Drink between 2022-2026)
