From a vineyard planted in the 1920s, this is a pure, bright gold colour in the glass. The nose is intense, sweet and honeyed, full of pink peppercorn, rose, honey and fresh flowers. The palate is round, rich and crunchy with real textural intrigue. Pithy, layered, rounded and harmonious, this is a spicy and powerful but not overdone Gewurz.
