The 2023 Silex flows easily across the palate. Though light on its feet, it offers a creamy, silken core from lengthy aging. Expect pure aromas of flint, oyster shell, sea air and citrus with a slightly nutty, creamy note on the medium-length finish. A stream of salivating freshness leaves the palate cleansed. Due to pre-harvest rains, 2023 will likely be an earlier-drinking vintage due to lower fruit concentration, and it's already drinking well now. (Drink between 2026-2030)
