Tasting Notes

The 2022 Saint-Aubin Village blends four different lieux-dits in the appellation. This has a well-defined bouquet with orchard fruit, hints of orange blossom and white tea. The palate is medium-bodied with impressive concentration. Very good weight for a Saint-Aubin Village, and though not complex per se, it feels very persistent and fresh on the finish. (Drink between 2025-2039)
