A focused, well-shaped Condrieu with texture and tension. Notes of white peaches, white flowers and warm herbs on the nose, following through to a medium body with plenty of volume to the linear mid-palate. Concentrated and driven, with a refreshing bitter-almond character on the citrusy finish. Drink or hold.
And perhaps it's autosuggestion from the bottle shape, but there does seem to be a bit of a petrol note alongside more characteristic aromas of juicy apricot and gardenia. This is very intense and concentrated but is also fresher than many Condrieus. Drink: 2025-33
