An exuberantly spicy nose is comprised by notes of poached plum, various dark berries and pretty violet hints. The rich, delicious and very generously proportioned medium-bodied flavors conclude in a sappy, balanced and solidly persistent finish. This too could use better depth but that should just be a matter of allowing it sufficient cellar time. Drink starting 2031.
