Tasting Notes

From Echards and Petits Gamets, all destemmed, just one new barrel out of 14. A vivid fresh mid purple. This Volnay has all the elegance it could, which is rarer than it should be these days. Very stylish fresh raspberry, with delicacy, purity and length. Drink from 2026-2033.
