Tasting Notes

The 2019 Extra-Brut Les Barres is soft, open-knit and very pretty. Dried pear, spice, almond, chamomile and lifted floral notes grace this silky, understated Champagne. This is a super-classic expression of own-rooted Meunier on sand. Dosage is 4.25 grams per liter. Disgorged: November 2023. Drinking Window
