The vines are west facing at the top end of central Fourchaume. Pure and pale colour. This is all in white fruit and despite the richness of the year has nothing soft or clumsy. Brilliantly chiselled finish. White peaches perhaps but so crisp. This si the best Lavantureux Fourchaumes since I have been tasting here. Drink from 2025-2030.
