Tasting Notes

The 2012 Extra-Brut Millésime is an airy, relatively open-knit Champagne from Selosse. Crushed flowers, tangerine peel, mint, spice, lemon confit and marzipan lend notable aromatic presence. This is an especially lifted, floral edition of the Millésime. My impression is that the 2012 is pretty shy at this stage. I imagine it will develop into a little more than is on display today.
