Notes of clear honey, pear, orange oil, toasted nuts and beeswax introduce Gras's 2019 Saint-Romain Blanc, a medium to full-bodied, elegantly textural wine with tangy acids and a saline finish. It's a blend of wine vinified in new oak with wine vinified in tank, and it derives from a wide variety of parcels located all around the appellation.
