The 2021 Chablis Les Clos Grand Cru has a well-defined bouquet with ample mineralité in the context of the growing season, with touches of oyster shell developing with time in the glass. The palate is well balanced, lightly spiced with just the right amount of bitterness, taut with satisfying tension and energy towards the finish. This is certainly worth seeking out. Tasted blind at the Burgfest tasting. (Drink between 2026-2042)
