The Tiara is an elegant, delicate white wine that showcases the purity of its grape varieties and the acidity of its terroir. A long fermentation period at low temperatures in over 30-year-old foudre vats of 1500L - 3000L is what makes all the difference! Its nose is more exuberant than that of the 2021 vintage, displaying the characteristic floral notes of the Códega do Larinho gape variety. The base notes offer aromas of citrus, aromatic herbs, peach and other stone fruit. The palate presents good body and structure, both typical of the 2022 vintage. The wine ends on an almost spicy note and lingers thanks to its outstanding acidity! This Tiara is a versatile wine which can be enjoyed at the beginning or the end of a meal.
