A wonderfully spicy nose displays notes of anise, jasmine tea, violet, lavender and various ripe dark berries. The gorgeously textured middle weight plus flavors possess a sleek, velvety and tension-filled finish that exudes plenty of salinity along with outstanding length. This youthfully austere effort needs to develop better depth, but more should eventually arrive with time in bottle. Very impressive. Note: 1 barrel produced
