Here the nose is sufficiently reduced that only discreet floral wisps can be discerned. Once again there is a lovely texture to the vibrant, delineated and utterly delicious medium weight flavors that deliver fine length on the moderately austere finish that is so refreshing that one feels like drinking it. This could use a bit more depth, but more should develop in time. Note: from a blend of Très Girard, Les Cognées and Chenevery
