Tasting Notes

Another stunning vintage for Le Potazzine, the estate’s gorgeous 2020 Brunello starts off with beguiling scents of rose, violet, wild berry, eucalyptus and juniper. All about finesse, it’s also savory and intense, delivering succulent Marasca cherry, orange zest, star anise and a sanguine note recalling rusty nail. Firm, fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity provide plenty of structure and balance. Drink 2028–2035.
