From 50-year-old vines, the 2019 Beaune Les Prévolles is also showing brilliantly, bursting with scents of wild berries, raw cocoa, orange rind, spices and peonies. Medium to full-bodied, layered and pure, with racy acids, powdery tannins and a long, penetrating finish, it was vinified with 50% whole bunches.
