Mid tawny colour. Wild and complex from the outset, there are rancio notes and baked fruits together with madjool dates and honeyed hazelnut. Intense and driven on the palate, there is ample sweetness but lively acid cut to keep everyhting in perfect balance. Impressive with a penatrating dried fig tang on the finish.
