The holding consists of 3 ouvrées from 1929 and one from 1954. Enough for 3 barrels. Another glowing fine purple colour. This is so classy, “il y a à boire et à manger” says Thomas, you can drink this and eat it too! Absolutely gorgeous fruit, starts at the front, flowers everywhere but with an underlying structure that brings it right out to a very long finish.
