0.16ha of pre-war vines (probably 1936) have produced 3 barrels. I wish there were more. Slightly richer purple in colour, deeper than the Clos de la Roche. There is a sweeter cherry fruit to the nose. This has both structure, and a wealth of noble fruit, particularly dense at the back of the palate, with good balancing acidity. Huge wine for long term
