The presentation - individually numbered bottles, in a brass-hinged wooden case, with its own traditional crystal spoon - is the first sign that this is something very special. The Essencia is the rarest of all Tokaji and has a richness and complexity that makes it truly unique. The extremely high sugar levels (85% residual sugar) are expertly balanced by the fresh citrus acids, helping to retain a clean fruit focus and balanced palate.
