Tasting Notes

Peter Max uses grapes from seven sources – six of them close to the coast, the other in Elandskloof. The result is a supremely drinkable Pinot Noir at an affordable price, with a spicy lift from 50% whole clusters, flavours of goji berry and raspberry coulis, graceful tannins and some underlying zip. 2026-31
