Tasting Notes

Dark, bright-rimmed ruby. An expressive bouquet evokes ripe red and blue fruits, licorice and candied flowers, along with a suggestion of cracked pepper. Smooth, sappy and expansive in the mouth, offering intense cherry, black raspberry and floral pastille flavors and a hint of cola. Finishes smoky, spicy and quite long, with sneaky tannins lending shape and subtle grip. (Drink between 2023-2030)
