Revisited from bottle, the 2019 Gevrey-Chambertin Les Jeunes Rois wafts from the glass with aromas of red berries, spices, loamy soil and dark chocolate. Medium to full-bodied, layered and velvety, with lively acids and a nicely concentrated core of vibrant fruit, it's framed by powdery tannins and concludes with a long, nicely defined finish. 2023 - 2050
