**Note: from .42 ha parcel in Mazis-Bas**
Here too there is enough reduction to blur the nuance on what is clearly a ripe nose. On the palate there is more size, weight and richness to the broad-shouldered flavors that brim with dry extract as well as a subtle minerality that adds a bit of lift to the balanced and impressively long finish. This is not overly powerful, at least not in the context of what is typical for this wine, though I suspect that more will develop as this ages because there is very good underlying material.
