Matured in 4 year old wood for one year then in tank until April. White flowers come through more than the wood. A little bit of spice. But this is a real joy on the palate, perhaps the best Blanchot I can think of. Waves of flavour. White fruit with a little touch of yellow, really the perfect balance of ripeness.
