The Invincible White, Invencivel 2025

The first commercial release of this prestige cuvee from Invenciel in the Casais do Douro. The creation is the brainchild of a partnership between South African winemaker Marc Kent (Boekenhoutskloof) and Portuguese winemaker Rita Marques.
A field blend of 10 Portuguese varietals from the Pinhal do Norte at approximately 600 metres above sea level. The high altitude produces fruit with distinct stony minerality and freshness. The wine has a pale hue with an opulent nose of spicy ginger and coriander. With a velvety texture and creamy on the mid-palate but with a precision and tort flintiness, finishing with a clean and citric bite. Very crisp & refreshing.
