Tasting Notes

70% Malvasía Volcánica and the rest Listán Blanco, Diego and Listán Negro. Fermented in foudres and concrete, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation. A representation of vine-growers, land and soils from Lanzarote. 10,500 bottles.Not at all tropical in aroma, but delicate, chalky and glyceric on the palate. It is the first vintage of the winery, so the barrels were new, but the wood is already very well integrated. It seems to me a fine, saline wine, with some graceful touches of green pineapple and a mineral expression. Silky and long. Drink between 2024-2028.
